a little about me
I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Oaxaca, Mexico. In 2014, I took on the adventure to move an ocean away from home and live in Hawai'i. The beauty of the island and the warmness of the people inspire me everyday. When I am not painting, I am at the beach eating poke bowls with my husband and my pups. I love trying different types of food around the island and MANGO SEASON!

My ohana
My dogs are my whole world! Keiki and Kala are both from Mexico and I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to bring them with me in this adventure. Keiki is the son of Romeo and he is a 9 year old sassy pup who loves chicken. Kala is adopted and 3 years old. They both had puppies and our newest family members are Koa, Lobo & Ipo. These pups bring so much love, joy and craziness to our home and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I love what I do
I have been painting my whole life and a few years ago when I lost my beloved dog, Romeo, painting helped me work through my grief. I knew that I wanted to do something special in honor of Romeo, so I created pieces that bring peace and happiness. Moving to Hawai'i meant starting from zero since I couldn’t bring my paintings or my paints, which helped me dive into a different medium. I started experimenting with resin and completely fell in love with the fun of working with it! Resin flows in its own way and it is a medium that cannot be fully controlled, making me learn how to let things go and go with the flow.
