The “Lei Mau Loa” Collection celebrates the timeless tradition of the Hawaiian lei, symbolizing love, honor, and connection. Inspired by the enduring beauty of the islands, “Forever Lei” represents the everlasting bonds we share with loved ones and the vibrant aloha that flows year-round in Hawai‘i. Just as leis are woven with care and meaning, this piece captures the joyful colors and textures of flowers that bloom across the islands, honoring a tradition that never fades.

Ana Lucia poured resin coats with pure pigments to cover the piece and try to capture the fluid movements of the vibrant colors within the lei. Each flower is uniquely detailed with acrylic paint. The colorful strokes of paint give a different essence to each flower.
