We want you to truly love your artwork or accessory. We understand that purchasing art online is a special experience, and your happiness is very important to us.

Original Paintings & Ornaments

Original paintings and ornaments may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused, and original condition.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@analuciag.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

Prints & Accessories

All other items, including prints and non-ornament accessories, may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused, and original condition.

Return requests must be submitted by emailing info@analuciag.com with your order number. Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@analuciag.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Final Sale & Third-Party Purchases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Art purchased through galleries, exhibitions, pop-up events, or third-party retailers

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
